Boutique Hotel B51, Marbella

The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms weren't ready until 6 pm and looked different from the photos, they were equipped with all necessary amenities. The service was a mix of incredible kindness and slight inconvenience, with noise from outside being a drawback. The misleading location had its perks, including a Continental breakfast, but noise from nearby clubs could be disturbing. The dining experience varied from outstanding to disappointing, and the facilities provided were a bit of a mixed bag.

The hotel is centrally located by the beach and restaurants, offering convenience, but some noise from nearby nightlife can disturb. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service can be very helpful and accommodating but may come off as confrontational at times. The hotel had a spacious, clean, and comfortable room with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, but was located in Block 14, which had uncomfortable walking paths. The service was super speedy and very helpful, with good customer relations skills. The location was fantastic, right on the sea of Puerto Banus with great views, bottled water daily, and close to all night clubs. Dining options were average with enough choices available, and the hotel had a really good range of facilities.
